The Collection

The permanent collection offers a synthetic view of french traditional society from the Revolution until the Second World War, with special attention on crafts and rural life: agricultural technics, regional furniture, costumes, poteries... Major temporary exhibits are held regularly giving the public a chance to view collections exceptionally brought together for the occasion, or to reflect on past and present problems crucial to our society.
